Mug Cake

          I recently came across the cutest food and travel blog called Table For Two which is run by a Washington D.C. - based blogger named Julie. I love how beautiful, high quality, organized, and easy - to - navigate her blog is. She has a tab called "Beyond the Table" where her posts include design ideas, her own home improvement project, and beauty product reviews. She's able to fit so many aspects of her life into one place and she genuinely enjoys it.

          While getting lost in the blog, I came across a post for what Julie calls a mug cake. To put it bluntly, I'm lazy and literally cannot cook. I used to say I couldn't even boil water but thankfully I got that down - pat this semester during chemistry lab!

          Anyways, this mug cake takes almost no time to make. All you have to do is put all the listed ingredients together and warm up the mixture in a microwave. I really hope I can try to make this soon. Maybe I'll have it with some hot chocolate after jumping around in the rain?
